**Booking and Reservation:**

Booking Confirmation:

A booking is considered confirmed once full payment is received. All tours are subject to weather and minimum numbers in order to run. Tours may be cancelled by us at any time prior to departure incurring a 100% refund. 

Age Requirements: Participants must meet any age requirements specified for the chosen tour/course. Minors on snorkel tours must be accompanied by an adult.

Changes to Itinerary: Salty Hearts Freediving reserves the right to alter the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances while ensuring the overall quality of the experience.

**Cancellation and Refund Policy:**

Cancellation by Participant: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour date will receive a full refund (minus learning material for a course if that has been given). Cancellations made within 14days of the tour/ course are non-refundable.

Cancellation by Salty Hearts We reserve the right to cancel or modify tours due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. A partial refund can be given if we are half way through a course.

For retreats, travel Insurance is recommended.

**Health and Safety:**

Medical Conditions: Participants with known medical conditions (e.g., heart conditions, respiratory issues) must inform us in advance. We reserve the right to deny participation based on health considerations. There is a medical form to sign for every Freedive course. If you answer yes to any of the questions you will require to get a Doctor to sign off.

Pregnancy: Pregnant individuals are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before participating in snorkeling activities.

**Tour Conduct and Guidelines:**

Guide Instructions: Participants must follow the instructions of the tour guides and skipper at all times for their safety and the safety of others.

Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances before or during the tour is strictly prohibited.

Environmental Respect: Participants must respect marine life and coral reefs. Touching or damaging marine organisms and coral is prohibited.

**Liability and Waiver:**

Assumption of Risk: Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with snorkeling and declare that they are physically fit for the activity.

Liability Release: Participants agree to release Salty Hearts Freediving, its employees, and guides from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages during the snorkel tour.

**Photography and Marketing:**

Photo Release: Salty Hearts Freediving reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the participant.

By booking a snorkel tour with Salty Hearts Freediving, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
